We offer professional lawn and grounds care services, including:

• Fertilization

• Weed Control

• Core Aeration

• Seeding

• Lawn Pest Treatments (e.g., grubs)

• Grounds Maintenance

All services are tailored to meet the needs of residential and commercial properties in Sioux Falls, SD and surrounding areas.

Program and follow all recommended maintenance. We strive for excellent results, but cannot guarantee outcomes for:

• Lawns that have not received consistent or proper care

• Properties facing extreme conditions (e.g., drought, disease, infestations)

• Delays or damage caused by weather or third-party services

You may cancel your services at any time with no penalty. However, we do not offer refunds for services already completed.

Requesting a quote and scheduling service constitutes agreement to these terms. No signed contract is required for standard services unless otherwise stated.

Sioux Green is not responsible for damage resulting from factors beyond our control, including:

• Weather-related delays or damages

• Pre-existing conditions on your property

• Work performed by other vendors or lawn care companies
